As Chief Pet Care Center Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Justin Tichy is responsible for overseeing all operations and execution for Petco's retail locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, in addition to company-wide logistics, which includes oversight of the company’s distribution centers. Prior to joining Petco, Justin served as president of sales at Confie — one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the nation — and previously held leadership positions at Best Buy, Target and Walmart. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.
